Welcome 2026: Some New Announcements!

Happy new year everyone!

2025 was a great year for us.

We decided at the time to focus on “consolidation” and this is exactly what we did.

We connected with thousands of clinicians throughout the country, continued to run new and previous CPD accredited courses, went to our first conference and started to work directly with NHS organisations to provide high quality education to their clinicians.

So what’s our plan for 2026 you ask? It is to build and expand our offerings.

We’ve spoken to many of you throughout the holiday period about what you liked/disliked about our events in 2025 and we received some really valuable feedback. In light of this, we decided our aim for 2026 is to provide…

“Flexible CPD”

As we experimented with live webinars and courses at different days and times we realised that in the modern world, there is no “perfect time” that encapsulates everyone we wish to reach. We also learnt that with ever-changing portfolio requirements, accreditation and regulatory oversight - the need to store evidence of continuing CPD is becoming all the more important.

Thus, we want to welcome 2026 with some really exciting features from Pareto Education. The first concerns the development of unique user accounts which address the following problems…

• “I can’t access the webinar as I haven’t received the link”

This has been a common theme with each event. Despite paying to help reminder emails reach your inbox, we do find that on occasion it goes to your junk mails. To combat this, we have refined the login page. On your dashboard, you will find a list of every webinar you’ve signed up and the option of joining the webinar DIRECTLY. So no more searching your emails for the webinar link.

• “Where can I store my certificates”

As most certificates and accreditation is provided online, having a robust storage platform is key to organisation. Unfortunately, whilst Royal College platforms are excellent they often require a subscription charge. Simply storying them on your computer isn’t always an option as clinicians are also often required to write a reflective entry for their CPD activity. With some hardwork and persistence, we are proud to announce our FREE CPD storage software linked to your unique log in. Here you can upload your certificate as well as write a reflective entry which can both be downloaded whenever you require.

We have split this into self-CPD and CPD accredited courses to help you organise your portfolio in a more effective way. See below!

• “I can’t make your course, will it be recorded?”

This is perhaps the most commonly asked question. We realised that there is no “perfect” time for everyone so have been working hard to develop our “on-demand” selection of courses. We tested this last year and found that there was lots of interest, but based on feedback we learnt that people were after foundational content that they could revisit multiple times. In light of this, we are proud to announce our NEW Blood Interpretation courses which is professionally recorded and edited with key cases to help explain and consolidate clinician knowledge. This will be released in the coming weeks and we will also be releasing other course including ECG, XR interpretation and more!

• “I wasn’t able to get the certificate/how do I download the certificate/I’ve lost my certificate… could you please send it to me?”

This issue has been around for a while and for practical reasons (we are a two man team), it is hard to keep on top off. Professionally, we also have to keep things watertight and as some of our courses are CPD accredited, we have to be very explicit on which courses are and which courses are not.

Over time we have had to employ personnel to give us a helping hand with social media, admin, email responses and our website hosting/storage costs have also increased.As you know, we try our best to be as affordable as possible so we think thousands of time before considering any rise in price.

Thus, in order to provide a better experience for you in order to obtain your certificate whilst ensuring that we can cover our costs, we are now introducing a small charge for the certificates generated for our weekly webinars. The CPD@7pm webinar will remain FREE of charge but the certificate will come at a small cost of £2.99 for an instant download.

This is just the beginning. Trust me. We're in the process of updating our calendar but we have some exciting courses coming up in the first quarter of this year including
